The Expectation and Development of the In-Service Training Course for Improvement of Sciense and Mathematics Education in the Middle East Countries according to the Questionnaire Research.

The implementation of that program for improvement of mathematics and science education in Middle East countries as an initiative of JICA was entrusted to Naruto University of Education from fiscal year 2007.That program was planned in collaboration with JICA Shikoku based on assessments needs. Questionnaires were applied to the persons in charge and specializing in curriculum planning in the mentioned countries. During the course, the participants responded to questionnaires of almost the same content, which aimed to obtain information for the program improvement in general. Responses of the participants from Middle East countries to the questionnaire about their expectations were examined. The aim was to improve the course content and implementation in the subsequent years.
