In this paper we investigated about improvement in ability to make teaching plan for mathematics teachers in teacher training college in Lao People's Democratic Republic by repeated practice. We evaluated the teaching plan about 12 mathematics classes in primary school and lower secondary school. And the following things became clear; − The ability to make teaching plan of participants in WS was increased 27%. − The ability to make teaching plan of participants in WS was increased about all classes in WS.
