In Japanese measures for persons with developmental disabilities close cooperation among mutual section in charge of support for children with developmental disabilities is important. For preschool aged children with developmental, disabilities, early development support is used as regional resource. This paper carried out to explore the meaning of using music therapy in development support. The responses of children with developmental disabilities belong to development support‘,Treffen’ were reactive in music therapysessions. In music therapy sessions, it is expected that assessment or evaluation that is evidenced based on. Such as physiological data may provide some evidence in music therapy sessions.
