The purpose of this research is to clarify the relationship between the characteristics of the school organization and "improvement of teacher's educational practice" at the special support school attached to the national university. We conducted a questionnaire survey to measure the school organization, the state of the training in the school, "Improvement of teacher’s educational practice" for faculty and staff of the special support school attached to the National University. From the analysis results, the following points were clarified. ① In the special support school attached to the National University, as the "organizational control" and "collaboration" of the school organization rises, "co-teacher’s expertise orientation", "co-teacher’s leadership", "colleague teacher's pupilsu, "Teacher's practical improvement awareness" increases. In particular, enhancing "cooperation" of school organizations is effective in enhancing them. ② At the Special Support School attached to the National University, as faculty and staff ’s "Rewarding" rises, the faculty and staff will think that "I want to grasp the problems of the students and devise new practices".
