To accomplish better science class lesson, an impression for science class lessons from the elementary school to the high school was examined mainly for the second grade of this university. As these results, it have been found that a child and a student came to dislike science as a grade proceeded. Also, they showed a tendency to hate teacher's guidance and contents of a subject though they liked science experiments. Therefore, when a class lesson is practiced, we must fully take the influence of the teacher to child's learning into consideration. Moreover, it have become clear that students disliked dissection and sketching in biological laboratory work of high school.
