The following two results were founded through the interview investigation. a) Teachers place the \"steps\" positively. That\u0027s means pupils have to get over difficulties of the \"steps.\" But through that activities they can get their growth. And in students\u0027 new environments that are brought from the \"steps\" ,they can get opportunities of the growth. Thereby they can found educational significance on the \"steps.\" b) Teacher can find two kinds of the \"steps,\" so to speak, the \"positive steps\" and the \"negative steps.\" Above those results, the two points of the next can be pointed out, and the way of the collaborative relationship between ES and JHS can be founded. a) The premise that there is the \"steps\" between ES and JHS has to be recognized. That\u0027s means it is not necessary to abolish the \"steps.\" b) For the \"positive steps,\" teachers have to let pupils get over that, and for the \"negative steps,\" pupils must not be faced
