The purpose of this study is to clarify the outcomes and problems of the training program through interview survey to trainees of the chief teacher and leading teacher training implemented by cooperation with the Graduate School of Education and the prefecture Board of Education，the education center . As a result of the analysis, the following two points were clarified. ① Teaching supervisors have acquired a certain level of competence in this training, but depending on the school type, they are in an environment where they cannot demonstrate their competence. ② Although students are satisfied with the content of the training, they are seeking further deep guidance from university faculty.
