We examined how the management situation of schools, self-perception, and the perception of others are related to each other at schools which addressed the improvement of the schools on the basis of continuous classwork improvement. The results of the research revealed the followings. ① With a 15-year teaching experience functioning as the threshold, younger generations are more conscious of building their teaching skills. ② As to the perception of others, there was no differentiation by the years of experience. ③ As to the perception of others, there was differentiation by the management situation of schools. Moreover, the analysis was made on ③ through the self-evaluation model.
