| 内容記述 | This research considered what should be improved to put the educational consultation training using Sandplay to practical application. 5 teachers of an education center participated in the sand play group, and they all did group Sandplay two times, and each did individual Sandplay one time. Compared to the previous group, the number of times and the duration of the group this time were less than half. As a result, as in the previous group, all participants gained some new perception about themselves and others, however, there was a limit in terms of deepening. As a new effect, the possibility of promoting interpersonal relationships in groups was found and this could be applied to groups of colleagues. Future tasks include devising variations of the appropriate number of times and contents according to the target participants and purpose, and how to train facilitators. | |||||||||||
