| 内容記述 | 本稿では，主に教職大学院におけるフィールドワークの分析を通して，“基本となるキャリア教育”と“課題に焦点化したキャリア教育”があることを示し，これらに基づく教育活動を「ライフキャリア教育プログラム」と命名した。また，ライフキャリア教育のための授業づくりの要点を示し，その要点を生かした実践の成果と課題に言及した。さらに，ライフキャリア教育プログラムに関わる教育実践の分析を加えることで，授業の成果として，児童の“人間関係形成・社会形成能力”の育成が確認でき，教員の実践力が向上したことを示した。最後に，これらの結果を総括し，ライフキャリア教育プログラムを「多層支援モデル」として整理した。そして，今後の展望として，特別な教育的ニーズを有する児童生徒のライフキャリア発達支援を検討するために，個別のキャリア発達支援に着目すると共に，多層支援モデルにおける各層の関連を明らかにする必要があることを述べた。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study, primarily through the analysis of fieldwork in a graduate school of teacher education, illustrates "fundamental career education" and "career education focused on specific challenges." Activities based on these programs are called "Life Career Education Programs." We outline key points in lesson planning for Life Career Education and discuss the outcomes and challenges of implementing these key points in practice. Furthermore, by analyzing educational practices related to Life Career Education Programs, we demonstrate that the results of the lessons include the cultivation of children's "relationship-building and social development abilities," leading to an improvement in teachers' practical skills. In conclusion, this paper summarizes these findings and organizes the Life Career Education Program as a "Multilayer Support Model." Finally, it emphasizes the need to focus on individual career development support while elucidating the interconnections among layers in the multilayer support model, especially in the context of considering the life career development support for students with special educational needs. | |||||||||||||||||
