The results showed that each student was able to interact with the other according to the other's pace, and the formation of human relationships was promoted. In addition, the practice of supine exercises was suggested to have a relaxing effect and emotional stability. These findings suggest that prone exercises are a useful tool for controlling learning efficiency and behavior.
