| 内容記述 | 平成21年（2009），教育相談等に関する調査研究協力者会議の報告において，スクールカウンセラーを有効活用するための教育相談，生徒指導，特別支援教育などの校内組織の有機的な連携や，各分野を見てコーディネートを行うコーディネーター役となる教員として教育相談コーディネーターの位置付けが示されていた。しかしながら，その取組は始まったばかりで，学校現場での配置や役割，機能などの理解は深まっておらず，教育相談コーディネーターの育成のための研修の整備が求められている。本稿では，このような現状を踏まえ，教育相談コーディネータの機能と役割について整理し，その活用と進め方について理解を深め，現在認められている課題を挙げて，改善のための方法及び育成について展望する。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In 2009, the report of the Research Cooperation Conference on Educational Counseling, etc. recommended organic collaboration among school organizations such as educational counseling, student guidance, special needs education, etc. in order to effectively utilize school counselors, and various fields. The position of the educational counseling coordinator was indicated as a teacher who plays the role of a coordinator who monitors and coordinates. However, this initiative has just begun, and there is insufficient understanding of the placement, roles, and functions in schools, and training to develop educational counseling coordinators is necessary. Based on this current situation, this paper organizes the functions and roles of educational consultation coordinators, deepens understanding of how to utilize and proceed with them, lists currently recognized issues, and provides an outlook on methods for improvement and training. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
