| 内容記述 | 本原稿は，徳島県と協働で作成した「徳島県 こどもと家庭の支援のための「気づき」チェックシート」の作成過程をまとめた論文である。子どもの居場所等で子どもと関わる人であれば、専門職・非専門職に関わらず、子ども家族問題のリスクをアセスメントでき、児童福祉領域、障害福祉領域、教育領域、介護福祉領域などあらゆる領域の人と共有することを目的に作成した。作成の手続きは、第一に既存のアセスメントシートを調べた。第二に、先行研究及び臨床経験から、スクリーニングに有効な項目を抽出した。第三に、抽出した項目を基に、チェックシートを作成した。第四に、暫定的に作成したチェックシートを使用し、子どもの居場所で働く専門職・非専門職に検証調査を実施した。第五に、第四の結果を基に項目を精選し、チェックシートを完成させた。完成したチェックシートは徳島県のホームページからダウンロードでき、子どもの居場所等で活用されている。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper summarizes the development process of the “Tokushima Prefecture 'Awareness' Checklist for Supporting Children and Families,” which was created in collaboration with Tokushima Prefecture. The checklist was designed for use by individuals operating children's spaces, regardless of whether they are professionals or non-professionals, and to assess the risk of child?family issues so as to enable sharing insights across various fields such as child welfare, disability welfare, education, and care welfare. The development process involved several steps. First, existing assessment sheets were reviewed. Second, effective screening items were extracted from prior studies and clinical experience. Third, a checklist was created based on the extracted items. Fourth, a provisional checklist was tested through validation surveys conducted with professionals and non-professionals working in children’s spaces. Fifth, based on the results of the fourth step, the items were refined to complete the checklist. The finalized checklist is available for download from the Tokushima Prefecture website and is being utilized in children's spaces and other relevant settings. | |||||||||||
