| 内容記述 | 本研究は，通級指導によるキャリア形成支援の実践を通して，高等学校での特別支援教育における縦横連携のあり方について検討することを目的とした。通級指導では，自閉スペクトラム症の生徒に対して，興味・関心や障害による困難さを把握しながらスモールステップで就労支援に取り組んだ。その結果，卒業後の進路先や社会生活へ円滑に移行するためには，同時期に多機関同士を繋げる横の連携の有効性が示唆された。また，連携会の取組では，ライフステージに応じて配慮すべき事項を時間軸でつなぐ縦の連携の有効性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine the state of vertical and horizontal collaboration in special needs education at high schools through the practice of career development support at resource room. In the special support services in resource, employment support was provided to students with the autism spectrum disorder in small steps while understanding their interests and concerns and the difficulties caused by their disabilities. As a result, horizontal collaboration that connects multiple institutions at the same time was suggested to be effective in order to smoothly transition to career paths and social life after graduation. In addition, the efforts of the collaboration conference suggested the effectiveness of vertical collaboration that connects matters that should be considered according to life stages over a time axis. | |||||||||||
