| 内容記述 | 近年キャリア教育の重要性が増す中，特別支援教育におけるキャリア教育の充実が課題となっている。本稿では，特別支援教育におけるキャリア教育の充実を図るために，これまでの研究で示されているキャリア発達理論を取り上げ，特別支援教育におけるキャリア発達の関連について整理するとともに，これからの特別支援教育におけるキャリア教育の在り方について展望した。具体的には，スーパーをはじめとする９つのキャリア発達理論をレビューし，文部科学省が示す発達段階，国立特別支援教育総合研究所が示す発達段階，発達課題を取り上げるとともに，キャリアプランニングマトリックスで示されているコンピテンシーとキャリア発達に関わる変数との関連について整理し, 今後の特別支援教育におけるキャリア教育実践についての展望を述べた。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | As the importance of career education has increased in recent years, the enhancement of career education in special needs education has become an issue. In this paper, in order to enhance career education in special needs education, we take up career development theories shown in previous studies, organize the relationship of career development in special needs education, and provide a perspective on the future of career education in special needs education. Specifically, we review nine career development theories, including Super, and take up the developmental stages and developmental tasks shown by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and the National Institute of Special Needs Education. We also organize the relationship between competencies shown in the career planning matrix and variables related to career development, and provide a perspective on the future practice of career education in special needs education. | |||||||||||||||||
