| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify perspectives on teaching material research in interdisciplinary learning centered on music education, using the setting of instructional content for integrated music and science units as a starting point. The research method involved first organizing existing research on setting instructional content for interdisciplinary learning. Next, we reexamined the procedures for teaching material research aimed at an integrated unit combining the music subject “Making a String Box” and the science subject “Properties of Sound,” designed for third-grade elementary school students. Subsequently, children’s learning situations within the practical example were presented. As a result, three key perspectives for teaching material research were identified : selecting teaching materials and units where music and science naturally connect using “sound” as a starting point ; setting instructional content for both subjects ; and establishing common instructional content across both subjects. Establishing common instructional content in both music and science subjects is considered to reveal the potential for realizing authentic learning within cross-curricular studies. | |||||||||||
