Cooperation","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_24_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録（日）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"グローバル化が進み，国境を越えた人々のさかんな移動は今後も予想され，わが国の外国人受け入れ態勢もさらなる改善が望まれていく.90年代以降在日外国人の国籍が多様化するにつれ，彼らの子弟への教育問題にも徐々に焦点が当てられるようになった.当初は主にラテンアメリカからの児童生徒の対応に追われることになったが，近年その傾向に一つの変化が起きた.在日ブラジル人が帰国傾向を示し，代わってフィリピン人をはじめとする近隣アジア諸国からの来日者数が増加傾向となったのである.それにともない教育現場もまた外国にルーツをもつ児童生徒の支援のあり方の見直しが迫られている. 本稿では岐阜県内でのニューカマー児童生徒への現在の教育環境や公的・民的支援を具体例として，入管法改正から現代に至るまで外国にルーツをもつ児童生徒の置かれている教育環境について考察する.従来公教育の場では日本語指導や学校生活への適応に主眼が置かれていたが，今後は公教育の場でも児童生徒の母語教育やアイデンティテイの確立へのさらなる配慮が望まれ，教育を修了したのちの彼らの日本社会あるいは母国での活躍の場を教育界と産業界が協働で模索していく必要がある.学校現場を中心としつつも，さまざまなアクターが参画する教育活動の活性化が期待されているのである.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_24_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24727/00024724","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_24_publisher_11":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"鳴門教育大学教員教育国際協力センター"}]},"item_24_publisher_12":{"attribute_name":"出版者(別表記)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"International
