A lesson study is playing an important and effective part at improvement of teaching skills at Japanese schools based training. Workshops and practical trainings appear strongly at different levels of Egyptian training program. Application of lesson study strategy is a need to develop teaching skills in Egyptian schools.Teachers should be skilful at using IT in education to be exciting and realistic.},
