In order to establish a relationship in this environment, efforts must be focused on the following two key element for creating chil care which is based on the concept of the "adherence" of child, as conceived by Tomoko Kobayashi. (1) The approach of the nusery teacher must be aimed at gaining the chid's comprehension The nursery teacher understands that the "adherence" of a child is what the child likes, and the nursery teacher must remain thoroughly involved with the child for sufficient time to gain the chid's comprehension. (2) The mutual relationship that is painstakingly constructed between the child and nursery teacher must involve an open acceptance of the child by the teacher.
