For this purpose, we administered questionnaires on 978 high school students belonging to school athletic clubs. The questionnaire probed the student's perceptions of and dependency on his or her teacher. Responses were analyzed using exploratory factor analyses. The questionnaire on perceptions of the teacher had two subscales (acceptance and control); consequently, based on their responses, participants were divided into four groups (acceptance, control, acceptance-control, and nonacceptance-noncontrol). The questionnaire on dependency on the teacher had two subscales (integrated dependency and dependence need). We performed respective ANOVA in order to compare students' dependency through students' perceptions of teacher and students' profile. In regards to integrated dependency, all factors of student's profile indicated significance.
