(SAKO 2011) Main components of the program were, ① understanding characteristics of school organization and necessity of organization management (session 1), ② understanding virtuous cycle model of educational activities and collaboration in schools (session 2), ③ understanding end motivating to implement topical methods of making and sharing of school vision and topical methods of collaborative improvement of educational activities (session 3 & 4). Distinctive educational methods of the program were to use case-based learning and emphasis on group work for inplementation of school management. Some cases adopted by the program were examples of action research based on Theory of School Organization Development. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated by trial survey was administered for 37 vice-principals. Main results of effects of the program were as follows. 1) Ratings of understanding and availability of the session 1 〜4 were mostly positive. The objects of the program were understood and recognized by the almost all students. 2) From analysis of free description data, the most impressive or useful component for students were’ method of visualization and sharing school vision (session Ⅲ). ’ The second most common item was’ characteristics of school organization (session Ⅰ), ’ and the third was’ role of administrative and managerial staff’ (all sessions). 3) Some students showed the willingness to implement some learning contents in actual setting in their schools.
