 note = {２０１６年からは，日本において，障がいのある人への差別解消法にあたる「障害を理由とする差別の解消の推進に関する法律」が本格的な実施となった。諸外国の障がいのある人への差別禁止法については，米国の「１９９０年障害のあるアメリカ人法」（The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990：ADA）を参照しているといわれる。 本研究においては，ADA施行後の教育分野での「合理的配慮」に関連する研究を概観した上で，米国カリフォルニア州でのスペシャル・エデュケーション（以下，特別教育）を体験した障がいのある子どもの保護者より得られた情報について，ゆるやかなカテゴリー毎に整理した。そして，今後の日本での教育分野の「合理的配慮」を行う上の課題について，考察した。, In Japan, ‘Japanese Disability Discrimination Act’ were enforced from 2016. In some countries, own ‘Disability Discrimination Act’ has been discussed in the ‘ADA’ literature. The first purpose of this paper is to review about educational studies related ADA. And the second purpose is to have the information from parents whose children experienced special education in California, the U.S.A. The special education in California, the U.S.A provides the educational right for children with disabilities. We got some suggestions from information of parents for ‘Japanese Disability Discrimination Act’ in our educational practice.},
