About such challenges Japan gives some ideas for solution to China, because in Japan objects of teaching practice are clarified and ability, skill and talent needed for teachers also clarified. And we can find tied relation between teaching practice and in-service Teacher Education. In this article the current situation and challenges of Teacher Education, especially teaching practice, in China are clarified, after that Japanese good points for Teacher Education are analyzed.
