 note = {児童発達支援や放課後ディサービスは，身近な地域の発達障がいのある子どもたちや，いわゆるグレーゾーンの子どもたちの支援事業と位置付けられている。本研究においては，学校・家庭と地域事業所との連携に向けた自立活動チェックリストの作成を試みた。チェックリストを用いることで，発達障がいのある子どもの保護者も，子どもの自立活動課題を知ることができる。チェックリストの項目を用いて，毎日実践を繰り返すことで，正しい手順やパターンを覚えることに繋がり，脳神経の可塑性も期待される。, In Japanese measures for persons with developmental disabilities close cooperation among mutual section in charge of support for children with developmental disabilities is important. For preschool aged children with developmental, disabilities，early development support is used as regional resource. This paper carried out to develop a checklist based on s self-reliance activities for the collaboration of school, home and community. This checklist may develop and a parenting resilience of the mothers rearing children with developmental disabilities. It might be expected that neuronal plasticity using this checklist based on selfreliance activities at least in part.},
