 note = {本研究においては，地域連携を基盤とした発達上課題のある児童への支援について，学校・家庭・地域が連携する取り組みの事例に対して，検討を加えることで，今後の連携上の課題について，考察することを目的とした。まず，関西に所在し他校と同様に支援を必要とする児童への対応，いろいろな家庭背景や多様な文化への配慮等，様々な課題が見られるA小学校で勤務する教員への質問紙での回答状況について取り上げた。次に，具体的に学校と放課後等デイサービスが協働した発達障がいのある子どもの宿題の取り組みについて検討を加えた。その結果，「学校・家庭・地域との連携に向けた学校教育におけるアプローチ法構築の必要性」「地域や家庭の存在を含意した『教員の専門性』再考の必要性」「学校と地域資源との連携上の課題について」「学校・家庭・地域資源による子どもの認知特性の理解と関係者相互の学び」などが示唆された。今後は，学校教育関係者及び社会教育関係者の相互理解と共に，学校・家庭・地域との連携に向けた教員養成カリキュラムの検討も必要であろう。, The purpose of this study was to consider on the roles and problems for development support in partnership with local communities for children with developmental disabilities. Firstly, we examined a questionnaire survey for teachers who work at the elementary school that follows some problems, such as special needs, family background and multicultural coexistence. Secondly, we analyzed of home work for a child with developmental disabilities. The homework was supported both teachers in the elementary school and the NPO for child care support activity, In future, study of approach for collaboration among schools, families and communities, specialty improvement of a schoolteacher based on communities, teacher training curriculum development that incorporates collaboration among schools, families and communities will be important.},
