Firstly, we examined a questionnaire survey for teachers who work at the elementary school that follows some problems, such as special needs, family background and multicultural coexistence. Secondly, we analyzed of home work for a child with developmental disabilities. The homework was supported both teachers in the elementary school and the NPO for child care support activity, In future, study of approach for collaboration among schools, families and communities, specialty improvement of a schoolteacher based on communities, teacher training curriculum development that incorporates collaboration among schools, families and communities will be
