Education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_24_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録（日）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年，若年層を中心としたスマートフォンの長時間使用が，学習時間や睡眠時間確保等の阻害要因になっている．スマートフォンの利用過剰対策について，携帯電話から発展してきたスマートフォンは，個人の所有物という意識が高いため，他者が預かるという方策は有効性が低いであろうという見方がある．したがって，ユーザがスマートフォンの使用に際して個別に節制を行う必要があるが，その手法は確立されていない．そこで，本研究では，緊急時の電話連絡以外の端末の機能を制限するAndroid OS
