The new curriculum was developed for upbringing of the social participation. As a characteristic, I establish introducing that it is thought as one’s problem, a learning cycle and am to let the cycle go through for nine years. As result, the improvement of the social participation of students was confirmed. In addition, the improvement of the curriculum development talent of the teacher was confirmed, too.
