Main components of the program were, ① understanding characteristics of school organization and necessity of organization management(session 1), ② virtuous cycle model of educational activities and collaboration in schools(session 2), ③ topical methods of making and sharing of school vision(session 3), and ④ topical methods of collaborative improvement of educational activities(session 4). Distinctive educational methods of the program were to use case−based learning and emphasis on group work. Some cases adopted by the program were examples of action research based on Theory of School Organization Development. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated by trial survey was administered for 65 vice−principals. Main results of effects of the program were as follows. 1)Ratings of understanding and availability of the session 1~3 were mostly positive. The objects of the program were understood and recognized by the almost all students. 2)Rating of understanding was moderately correlated with rating of availability.
