Nonetheless, studies on how distributors influence manufacturers’ advertising strategies are scarce. In this paper, we highlight the spillover effects of advertising and the impact of distributors’ advertisements. The aim of this analysis is to clarify that distributors influence the advertising strategy of manufacturers.
