 note = {学校の複雑化・困難化した課題に向き合うため，多様な専門性をもつ人材がチームとして学校で組織化されることが重要であるといわれる。本研究においては，スクールソーシャルワーカーの専門性に関連する先行研究について概観した上で，筆者らが今年度本学において開催したスクールソーシャルワーク研究会で教育関係者から出た質問を整理することで，今後，スクールソーシャルワーカーが学校現場に定着するための必要な要件について考察することを目的とした。教育関係者からは，スクールソーシャルワーカーの職務内容や学校教員との連携に関して，質問が多く寄せられた。今後，スクールソーシャルワーカーが学校現場に定着するためには，まず，「チーム学校」の中でのスクールソーシャルワーカーの学校教育での役割について，教育関係者の理解を得ることが必要であることが示唆された。, It is important for various experts to be organized at school as a team in response to the problems becoming complicated and diversified. In this research, we overviewed previous researches related to the expertise of school social workers is outlined, and we analyzed questions from educators at the School Social Work Seminar held this year in our university. Educators asked many questions about the job content of school social workers and cooperation with school teachers. In the future, in order for school social workers to become established in the school field, it is necessary to obtain understanding the role of school social worker in school education in "team school".},
