Bednarik has underestimated the integrated figures with natural shapes within caves, with mentioning to pareidolia, a pathological syndrome. I would like to appreciate, however, the significance of artists forms coincidence with natural undulated shapes, by introducing pre-exists theory for cave art by Lemozi, Renaissance by Leonardo and Michelangelo, and a contemporary sculpture by Maejima. Theoretically saying, external image formation should be a key concept to understand fundamental principles for cave art.
