The results of the research revealed the followings. ① With a 15-year teaching experience functioning as the threshold, younger generations are more conscious of building their teaching skills. ② As to the perception of others, there was no differentiation by the years of experience. ③ As to the perception of others, there was differentiation by the management situation of schools.
