The purpose of this article is to understand the current situations and issues in the front line on educational, medical and welfare fields. We found that we required creating the teaching material for on-line and deal with labor in addition to measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We also suggested the need to do the mental health care for students and users and prevent working people from
