As a result, improvements in teacher quality and revitalization of the training of teachers were measured, and it became clear that is was successful. For this study, the effectiveness was observed through lessons with children and exchanges between schools using the teleconferencing system, in addition to teacher training. As a result, the teleconferencing system was clearly effective in improving the quality of learning for students and solving various problems on site at schools. In the future, while increasing the awareness of its usefulness throughout the prefecture, networks between schools, subject committees, and such will be established and utilized, and it is expected
