 note = {鳴門教育大学地域連携センターでは，多様な課題への対応や新たな学びを求められている学校現場を支援するため，徳島県教育委員会並びに阿南市教育委員会，美馬市教育委員会と協力し，テレビ会議システム（ICT を利用した研修室）による教員研修を平成２７年度から開始した。その成果として，教員研修の活性化や教員の資質向上を図る上で効果的であることが明確になった。ここでは，その後の活用の実態と課題を報告する。, In order to support schools that are required to cope with various issues and learn new things, Naruto University of Education, in collaboration with the Tokushima Prefectural Board of Education, the Anan City Board of Education, and the Mima City Board of Education, started training of teachers in 2015 in the use of the Teleconference System (training room utilizing ICT). As a result, improvements in teacher quality and revitalization of the training of teachers were measured, and it became clear that is was successful. Report on the current status and issues of future utilization.},
