内容記述 本研究では,情報活用能力の概念と定義の変遷について分析し,情報活用能力が学習の基盤となる資質・能力と位置づけられ,従前の学習指導要領より重要性が高まっていることを確認した。また,情報活用能力の体系表の構成概念と K-12 Computer Science of Framework の構成概念を比較した。 結果,k-12のフレームワークは,コンピューティングが文化や社会的相互作用に影響を及ぼすこと等, 情報倫理の学習として人間の価値判断が情報技術を通して社会に与える影響も取り上げられていることが確認された。このことから,日本における情報モラル教育の内容に対して社会情報学の観点や社会心理学等の視点を含めた学習内容の議論の必要性を指摘した。
