 note = {本稿は，成人期自閉スペクトラム症者のライフキャリアに関わる能力・態度について報告するものである。対象者は企業等で就労する２０～５０代の自閉スペクトラム症者５名，いずれも男性であった。個別聴取の結果，対象者はライフキャリアに関する能力・態度を有しており，その能力・態度には「仕事」「生活」「趣味」をはじめ，「ミスや事故」「自助努力」「他者への相談」「自己判断を慎む」「合わせる」など多くのテーマが含まれることが明らかになった。また部分的であるが，新型コロナウイルス感染症への不安も認められた。, This paper reports on the abilities and attitudes of adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) with reference to their own life career. The subjects concerned were five adult males with ASD of ages ranging 24-56 years and employed at various entities. As the result of individual interviews, it was found that the subjects possessed abilities and attitudes related to their own life career. These included not only "work", "life", and "hobbies", but also included many other themes such as "mistakes and accidents", "self-reliance", "seeking advice from others", "abstaining from self-judgment", and "attuning with others". Additionally, although only in part, anxiety was also observed with regard to COVID-19 infection.},
