The subjects concerned were five adult males with ASD of ages ranging 24-56 years and employed at various entities. As the result of individual interviews, it was found that the subjects possessed abilities and attitudes related to their own life career. These included not only \"work\", \"life\", and \"hobbies\", but also included many other themes such as \"mistakes and accidents\", \"self-reliance\", \"seeking advice from others\", \"abstaining from self-judgment\", and \"attuning with others\".
