The TOP SELF as universal programs targets all children in homeroom classes at schools. However, some children who are absent from school due to their school refusal and are enrolled in collapsed classes cannot participate in the programs. To provide such children the opportunities to take the TOP SELF, it is necessary to address such problems as school refusal and class collapse. Once they begin to attend school and the classes becomes calmed down, they can participate in the TOP SELF that leads to healthier and more adaptive status of the children. Moreover, the fundamental causes leading to the problems at schools above can be attributed to some distortions in child-rearing attitudes of parents. If so, child-rearing attitudes in home and childcare/education in nurseries and kindergartens need to be improved. To attain these needs, a new nonprofit organization (NPO) termed \"the Academy for the Science of Prevention Education\" was established in 2020. The academy mainly includes three support projects for implementing the prevention education, for teachers who take care of children suffering from school refusal and class collapse including bullying, and for caregivers, childcare, and education for preschool children. The academy aims to lead all children to take the TOP SELF, thereby making them healthier and more adaptive, along with stronger bases for academics. Like the other NPOs, the academy will be supported by many citizens in terms of finances and human resources.
