Cooperation","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_24_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録（日）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2006年から現在までニカラグアで続く第二次オルテガ政権では，前政権までの新自由主義的な教育政策を否定し，新たに労働や技術教育など，コンピテンシーを重視したカリキュラムが作成された．これには現代を生きる力を養うとともに，貧困から脱却させる狙いも含まれており，この目標を達成するため教育現場で新しく実施され始めた教科が AEP（Aprender Emprender Prosperar）である．貧困から脱却するには国家の繁栄が必要であり，この学習活動を通して起業家文化（Cultura emprendedor）を促進することで，個人，家族，国家レベルで人生を豊かにする人材の育成が期待されている．本稿では，ニカラグアの政治的背景に注目しながら，教育政策における AEP の位置づけや， 学習者のどんな姿を目指しているのかを明らかにした．一方で，AEP が教科として学校現場で実施され始めて日が浅く，AEP
