This study conducts an interview survey with kindergarten teachers to investigate their thoughts on the documentation in early childhood education and classify the teacherʼs thoughts using text mining analysis. Data analysis was performed using the KH Coder, and teacher characteristics were classified into 10 clusters. We found that the teachers used the documentation for the reflection and evaluation of early childhood education and care. They also shared the documentation with the parents and elementary school teachers of their students.
