The conventional type of learning is “the content-based learning” derived from the disciplines. Each discipline has own two kinds of structures: syntactic structure and substantial structure, which have been proposed by Schwab. The original meaning of ‘Competence’ is quite similar to that of ‘Competency’. And these words mean ‘fitness’ and ‘capacity’ and are derived from ‘competent’. However, White added to the word ‘Competence’ a new psycological and evolutionary meaning, which are presented in the sentence “competence will refer to an organism’s capacity to interact effectively with its environment.” ‘Competence’ has an overall meaning of capacity of organisms, but ‘Competency’ has a refined meaning, viewpoints of ‘Competence,’ and a kind of professional ability. ‘Competencies’ are trangible elements of ‘Competence.’ Although ‘Competence’ and ‘Competency’ may propose the important viewpoints of the educational chievement, ‘Contents’ are still absolutely nescessary for ‘Competence’ and ‘Competency’ as well as learning and teaching.}, pages = {34--45}, title = {コンピテンシーベース教育の意味と 教科内容が果たす役割}, volume = {38}, year = {2023}, yomi = {ムネグミ, トラタネ} }
