本稿の目的は，Ａ大学教職大学院とＢ県教育委員会・教育センターとの連携により実施している主幹教諭・指導教諭研修の受講者への聞き取り調査を通して，研修プログラムの成果と課題を明らかにすることである。分析の結果，次の２点等が明らかになった。①指導教諭はこの研修で一定の力量を獲得しているが，学校種によっては獲得した力量を発揮することができない環境に置かれている。②受講者は研修の内容には満足しているものの，大学教員にはさらに深い指導を求めている。 |

The purpose of this study is to clarify the outcomes and problems of the training program through interview survey to trainees of the chief teacher and leading teacher training implemented by cooperation with the Graduate School of Education and the prefecture Board of Education，the education center . As a result of the analysis, the following two points were clarified. ① Teaching supervisors have acquired a certain level of competence in this training, but depending on the school type, they are in an environment where they cannot demonstrate their competence. ② Although students are satisfied with the content of the training, they are seeking further deep guidance from university faculty. |
