| 内容記述 | This research examined the awareness of child-care workers regarding the effects of child-raising support on child-care workers. The subjects were 104 kindergarten teachers and 50 nurses of nursery schools from Naruto city in Tokushima prefecture. The result showed that there was greater awareness of the positive effects of some child-raising support activity on child-care workers (i. e. opening the facilities, providing child-raising consultations, child-raising circle, child-care services to preschool-aged children). Furthermore, the result showed that engaging in child-raising support activity make the awareness of the positive effects of a kind of child-raising support activity be greater (i. e. child-raising circle, child-care services to preschool-aged children, extended child care). There were apparent differences in awareness between kindergarten teachers and nurses of nursery schools regarding the effect of opening the facilities and child-care services to preschool-aged children. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
