| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to extract reflective thinking of the teacher whom taught the child who had problems, and to clarify the characteristic.The results by qualitative analysis were the following :1)The teacher collected the information that the child related to and analyzed, and it became clear to have set guiding principles based on it.2)The teacher thought reflectively based on the policy, and developed decision making of the guidance.3)When the teacher achieved an aim, he extracted the next consecutive problemsIn addition, I modeled a difference of reflection of three teachers whom taught this child.And I propose "reflection toward action" as one of the most important specialty for a teacher. | |||||||||||
