| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual situation of cooperation between comprehensive community sports clubs and junior sports clubs. The subjects were the club managers of 11 comprehensive community sports clubs in Tokushima prefecture and 19 clubs in other prefectures. The investigations were performed from May to October in 2007. The main results of this study were as follows.1)9(30.0%)clubs had continuous cooperation of coaching staffs, management staffs, membership and common use of sports institutions with junior sports clubs in the community. 12(46.2%)clubs had continuous cooperation of some parts.2)It was important for cooperation that junior sports clubs coaches understood the principle of comprehensive community sports clubs. The authorities have to make even greater efforts to enlighten junior sports clubs coaches.3)It was important for cooperation to include junior sports clubs coaches in the community among the preparatory committee members for establishing comprehensive community sports club. | |||||||||||||||||
