| 内容記述 | We aimed to study the effects that causes of stress in the workplace and causes of individual stress （worries and complexes）have on childcare worker stress and on their desire to boost their expertise, in Japan, where there are large changes in childcare conditions. We distributed a survey to 687 childcare workers, receiving 327 answers, for a 47．6％ collection rate. As a result, childcare workers who work at a stressful workplace suffer health problems, and work they take home and other factors led to chronic stress. This also suggested that causes of stress such as workplace causes and individual causes affect causes of burnout, and moreover lead to reduced desire to boost expertise. | |||||||||||||||||
