| 内容記述 | この研究は，質問紙調査から徳島県市町村における新教育委員会制度下での教育行政の推進状況を明らかにすることが目的である。調査の結果，総合教育会議の事務局を首長部局が担当する割合（７３.７％）は，全国（４８.３％）と比べて１.５倍であった。４市町村は，総合教育会議を開催しなかった年度があり，首長及び教育委員会以外の参加者としては，財政担当や企画担当の参加割合が高かった。議題や協議内容に関し，全国の市町村と比べて，徳島県市町村が１０％以上高い項目は，地域とともにある学校，学校における防災対策や災害発生時の対応方針，幼児教育や保育の在り方とその連携，子育て支援であり，全国の市町村と比べて，１０％以上低い項目は，学校への専門人材や支援員の派遣であった。また，徳島県市町村は，議事録を公表していない割合が高かった。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | It is a purpose that this study clarifies the promotion situations of educational administrations under the new Board of Education System in Tokushima municipalities from inventory survey. As the result, the ratio 73.7% that a mayor bureau is in charge of general education meeting is 1.5 times larger than the whole country 48.3%. Four towns had the year when they did not hold a general education meeting. Except mayor and the Board of Education, a participation ratio in charge of the financial charge and plan is larger than the whole country. About the discussion agenda, large items of 10% or more compared to the whole country are the school which there is with an area, disaster prevention measures and correspondence policy at the time of the disaster, the way of preschool education, the childcare and the cooperation, child care support. On the other hand, low item more than 10% is dispatch of the specialized talented person and the member of support to a school. The ratio that the minutes are not revealed is high. | |||||||||||||||||
