| 内容記述 | 本実践研究では，生徒一人一人の自尊感情のさらなる育成と，よりよい人間関係の基盤づくりをめざし，中学校入学時からの学校生活における，「人・もの・こと」との多様な出あいを生かすプログラムを開発し，その教育的効果について検証することを目的とした。Ａ中学校の１年生（１６１名）を協力学年として，X 年４月～ X 年１０月の期間に，「出あう・つながるプログラム」を計画・実践した。 学級活動と学校行事を関連させた取組では，その教育効果についての分析結果から，本実践で取り組んだプログラムが人間関係づくりに有用である可能性が示唆された。また，今後の課題として，①教育課程を考慮した３年間を見通すプログラムの検討，②スキル学習との併用，③身につけた人間関係調整力を，学校外でも活用できるよう汎用性をもたせることが挙げられた。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to inspect the educational effect about the program developed for to bring up self-esteem and to make a foundation of the human relations for a student at a junior high school. A program made school events relate to class activity. A point is attention to the diversity of People, Goods and Activity in a junior high school. A target was 1st graders 161 of A junior high school. A period was April an X year-October an X year. As a result, a possibility that a program is useful for human relations making was suggested. As a problem, ① consideration of a program based on a curriculum for 3 years. ② consideration on the relation between the skill learning and the programming. ③ it was consideration of how to use the coordination of human relations | |||||||||||||||||
